Our artisanal process begins with the careful selection of fresh yellow lemon peels , which are macerated in high-quality neutral alcohol for 10 days. This duration ensures the extraction of the purest essential oils while avoiding excessive bitterness.

To achieve its signature profile, the liqueur is filtered and blended with a precisely measured sugar syrup to soften the natural acidity. The spirit then rests for several weeks in stainless steel vats. This allows the flavors to harmonize and the sugar to melt perfectly, resulting in a liqueur that is powerful yet balanced on the palate.
