The distillery offers workshops to discover the process of making and flavouring gin as well as pastis workshops. These workshops are intended for participants who are of legal age and have no contra-indication to handling alcohol, heated containers, and natural flavours.
By registering for these workshops, the participant named below confirms that he/she has fully understood this information notice and in particular the presentation and the precautions to be taken.

The distillation process involves heating the pot still, handling alcohol and aromatic plants, using glass materials.
The maceration process involves handling alcohol and using glass materials.
The Distillery, Le Vadrouilleur Spirits & More, draws attention to the risks associated with carrying out the workshops:
· presence of alcohol,
· Pot still heated to a high degree,
· Glass containers,
· Presence of cables and pipes, industrial equipment,
· Presence of cables and electrical outlets,
· handling of aromatic plants (non-exhaustive list).
The participant must not drink on site either the alcoholic base or the gin / pastis made as part of the workshop (provision of a spittoon for degustation tests and comparative flavours). At the end of the workshop, the participant will receive a 50cl bottle containing the spirit he made. He will not be able to drink this spirit in the premises of the Distillery, Le Vadrouilleur Spirits & More, which is not a drinking establishment.
In case of non-compliance with the guidelines, if the Workshop leader considers that the attitude of one or more participants jeopardises their own safety and/or that of the group, the session may be terminated, temporarily or permanently.
The participant certifies that he/she has no pathologies or allergies that could prevent him/her from participating in this workshop.
A glass of Gin & Tonic or Pastis cocktail is offered to participants as part of a tasting of the products of the Distillery, Le Vadrouilleur Spirits & More.
The Distillery, Le Vadrouilleur Spirits & More, draws the participant's attention to the risks associated with driving and drinking alcohol.
It is strongly recommended that each participant test their blood alcohol level before leaving the workshop, using the breathalyser at their disposal and avoid driving, in case of doubt.
The financial contribution of each participant corresponds to a participation in the products and materials used during the workshop and cannot be assimilated to a sale of products.

These data are treated in a confidential and secure way.
SAS Maison LC 1901, the Distillery, Le Vadrouilleur Spirits & More, processes and stores only the data necessary for the good accomplishment of its services. Under no circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties.
