Théo's workshops are for all Pastis and Provence lovers.
They offer an incomparable experience in which visitors are invited to discover the world of Pastis.
Meets us at our distillery, Le Vadrouilleur, in Sault, in the heart of the Pays Bleu region.
Our master distiller will be with you every step of the way, from creating your pastis to bottling it.
The workshop begins with an introduction to pastis. You'll then discover the world of aromas. You can taste different macerates and blend them to make your own pastis.
The master distiller will be on hand to guide you through the recipe. Guides and blending ideas are also available to help you if necessary.
The workshop even allows visitors to create their own personalized label to dress the 50cl bottle of Pastis they've made.
The workshop closes with a moment of relaxation and exchange, with a tasting of Pastis Anista revealed in one of the house cocktails
