Our family owned distillery was born in Haute Provence in the village of our ancestors, Sault. Our village is the capital of the lavender located in the middle of the “Pays Bleu”. Furthermore the village is renowned for its annual lavender festival which takes place the 15th of August – “La Fete de la Lavande”. 

We aim to provide quality, craft and authentic spirits with botanicals from our region. Inspired by the maquis and the lavender fields you can find in our gin, Mistello, all the life, perfumes and savours of the haut plateau du Vaucluse.
