Our History
After settling in Sault, we decided to land in Nice, a city that resonates deeply with our family.
Part of our family hails from Nice and the surrounding area, forging strong links with this sunny region. We are proud of our heritage, a heritage that celebrates gastronomy and conviviality. Indeed, our roots are intimately linked to the delights of local cuisine, from the famous Arnulf syrups to the delicate delicatessen products of Maison Bonifassi.
Today, we want to continue this precious link with the region by opening a distillery in the heart of Nice. Our concept is based on the idea of offering spirits that embody the very essence of our terroir, while remaining true to our values of quality and respect for the environment.

We firmly believe in local, artisanal and organic production, using regional ingredients to create products that tell a story - our story. Every sip will be an invitation to celebrate the richness of Nice's terroir, its authentic flavours and its traditions.

Our activities
Our distillery will be divided into two main activities, each offering a unique experience.
We'll have our own production site, where we'll make small batches of spirits such as gin, pastis and vermouth, using local ingredients according to the season. Our aim is to highlight these ingredients to create authentic, tasty products.
We'll also be offering gin and pastis workshops, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the world of distillation, maceration and blending. In these workshops, you will have the chance to distill or blend your own gin or pastis, choosing the aromatic plants that will make up your creation. It's a totally personalised experience that will help you discover the secrets of our spirits!
