Vermouth Veirado

A white vermouth handcrafted in our distillery in Haute Provence. It's a harmonious blend of natural sweet wine from Beaumes de Venise, a selection of organic aromatic plants harvested on the Sault plateau, and organic honey from Brantes.

For the design, the natural sweet wine used has a considerable influence on the quality of the vermouth. Our natural sweet wine, 100% Muscat blanc petits grains, organic from Beaumes de Venise, is young and promising. It has fruity aromas.

The choice and proportion of plants are key to its final personality.

The aromas are extracted by maceration and then blended with the natural sweet wine. We have carefully selected eight organic plants, such as wormwood, thyme, mint and lemon balm, all supplied by local producers.

Finally, in keeping with our commitment to eco-responsibility, we chose to incorporate finely-dosed organic honey from Provence into the blend. This honey from Brantes brings all the floral richness of Mont Ventoux.

Our white vermouth/bianco can be enjoyed on its own “on the rocks” or paired beautifully with spirits, including our Mistello Gin.

It will also work wonders in cocktails such as the Manhattan or El Presidente.
